ADA NSW Centre for Professional Development (CPD) has announced significant enhancements to its digital dentistry education program, with new content, expanded hands-on opportunities and dedicated access to state-of-the-art equipment. This news comes almost two months since announcing a new strategic partnership between the Australian Dental Association New South Wales (ADA NSW) and Dentsply Sirona.
As part of its commitment to supporting clinicians in delivering the highest standard of patient care, ADA NSW CPD has introduced complete end-to-end digital dentistry workflows. This ranges from scanning and design through to milling and firing, all now fully accessible through its Digital Training Centre.
This includes the integration of Dentsply Sirona Primescan and CEREC system, offering members the chance to experience modern digital processes in a practical, interactive setting. In addition, the newly installed Axeos CBCT supports both clinical education and the important work of Filling the Gap, enabling more efficient, convenient and high-quality service delivery for vulnerable patients.
To help members explore this equipment in a relaxed and pressure-free environment, Digital Discovery Sessions will be held bi-monthly throughout the year. These informal sessions will give practitioners the opportunity to see demonstrations, ask questions and better understand how digital tools can elevate their clinical workflows.
