iQ Digital Treatment Planning System Quick Straight Teeth (QST) Australia has launched iQuantify and iQualify, a new Digital Treatment Planning System for dentists.
This is included free as part of the QST short-term ortho system. It provides the dentist the opportunity to discuss and demonstrate the correct short-term orthodontic treatment required for an individual patient, including detailed before-and-after scenarios.
iQuantify is the first stage of the process which scans the arch and provides a digital evaluation of the space requirements and the IPR quotient required for each individual patient.
iQualify allows the digital movement of teeth into their new positions and generates a three-dimensional image of how the patient can expect their smile to look post-treatment.
This provides significant reassurance for a dentists and is a vital part of the consent process.
