Dental clinic helps drought-affected families

NSW drought

An innovative fund raiser for drought-affected local families in North Western NSW has been initiated by Narrabri dental practice, Experteeth.

In what is a very generous gesture, Experteeth is inviting patients who require dental work to attend the dental clinic on Sunday, 7 October and have their work done—and all the professional fees the work would normally incur will be donated by Experteeth to drought relief.

Experteeth staff, including the two dentists, are donating their time to the cause.

All patients who are planning on having dental work have to do is to make sure they book an appointment for that day.

“We have decided to have a day where people are encouraged to come in and have their work done,” dental assistant Billie Strong said.

“All the cost of the work will go to drought relief. We want to give back to our community.”
