For the first time, eligible clinicians can complete a nationally recognised Graduate Diploma in Dental Implants through an education pathway designed and delivered by practising implant clinicians.
Rather than focusing on individual techniques, the Graduate Diploma has been developed as a comprehensive 12-month educational journey integrating Fellowship programs, online learning, live surgery observation and progressive clinical development. Participants build capability in implant placement, bone grafting, sinus augmentation, Partial Extraction Therapy (PET), soft tissue management and full-arch rehabilitation while strengthening treatment planning and clinical decision-making.
Implant dentistry has reached a point where clinicians need more than isolated courses to build lasting confidence. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is available for eligible clinicians who have previously completed AIA Fellowship programs, recognising the education and experience they have already achieved.
